We ship all international orders via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
EMS provides fast and reliable delivery with full tracking and priority handling.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all countries and regions where Japan Post EMS service is available.
Please note that some destinations may have temporary restrictions or delays.

Estimated Delivery Time
•     Typically 3–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal conditions.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total weight and size of your order.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
You can track your package through:
•     Japan Post Tracking Service
•     The local postal service in your destination country

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges vary by country and product type, and we are unable to estimate them in advance.
If any fees are required, your local postal service or customs office will contact you directly.

Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure accurate delivery, please provide your shipping information in English, including:
•     Full name
•     Complete address (building name, unit number, etc.)
•     Phone number reachable in the destination country

Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:

•     Local postal service congestion
•     Holidays, weather conditions, or transportation issues
•     Incorrect or incomplete address information
We cannot offer compensation for delays caused by these factors.

Damage or Loss
EMS includes insurance coverage.
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately.
We will initiate an investigation and compensation process through Japan Post.

Returns & Exchanges
For international orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
•     Customer preference (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind)
•     Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Prohibited & Restricted Items
Each country has its own import restrictions.
Some items may not be eligible for international shipping.
If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you before shipment.
